Oltrelingua Language Services stores your personal data in order to effectively and legally manage the professional relationship between you and Oltrelingua Language Services. These legal bases for storing your data are as defined in the EU General Data Protection Regulation (EU GDPR) of 2018.
The personal data stored includes your full name, email address, phone number, native language, other languages you speak.
Your data will be stored for the duration of your active working relationship with Oltrelingua Language Services, and for seven years thereafter for auditing and insurance purposes. Oltrelingua Language Services stores your data inside an Hard disk, restricting access to your data to its employees, in order to effectively and legally manage our relationship with you.
